Job description:

• Update Daily Project Report for each project & send to respective Business Manager
• Follow-up on tasks to be done by Sales Executive, Design Engineer, Procurement & Logistics Executive.
• Update SOP deliverable of Sales Executive, Procurement & Logistics Executive and send to BM & HR & Admin.
• Update labour attendance register (for PF & ESI number has been generated by company)
• Daily update engineers attendance & activity report & send to BM & HR & Admin
• Send Daily Project Report to Customer as per confirmation from BM
• Execute all necessary activities for target execution of projects
• Update project folder all communication related documents containing customer information & tag sequentially
• Make project snapshot of all current project and submit it every alternate day
• Collect labour details for PF & ESI (as applicable )
• Collate site wise & project wise BOQ of Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, Buy outs or any other items, get verified by BM's prior to project start
• Make & send packing list for all dispatches
• Check material receipt at site or yard against packing list or challan
• Minute project review meetings with BM and circulate
• Execute all necessary documentation & master roll for project implementation

SHOULD BE PRESENTABLE AND SMART WITH GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILL.
