We seek ' Electrical Testing & Commissioning Engineer ' for Testing& Commissioning of Electrical system (EHV/MV/HV Substation & Power Plant).
The ideal candidate should have relevant experience of power plant Electrical Systems. Professionally and technically Sound. Inquisitive, committed and talented professional with rich in depth exposure to the entire team spectrum of Electrical engineering.
Desired Skills Required: (Functional) - Experience in testing of numerical relays, protection schemes, thorough knowledge of relay settings, testing instructions, relay test kits. Knowledge of testing of electrical equipment like 220KV EHV Transmission line relays, circuit breakers, CT/CVTs, transformers and motors. Should be well versed with latest testing, commissioning, O&M practices of electrical systems.

• JOB DESCRIPTION

Shall have knowledge in all electricalequipment's such as HV /MV and LV Switchgears , Auxiliary / Lock out Relays , MCB /MCCB's and integrated protection & control system Shall have knowledge on set -up , operate testequipment's to evaluate the performance of electrical components , assemblies or systems under simulated operating condition and record the results Analyze and interpret test report to determine any acceptable and unacceptable results Provide technical assistance and resolution when electrical and / orengineering problems encountered during testing and commissioningConfiguration and Testing of Protective Relays as per schematic diagram for various needs as per client"s requirement / approved drawings and the testing of Protection relays shall be done with the client's presence Co -ordination with clients for Relay testing , Setting calculation and final setting , Test report submission and all site activitiy to satisfy the customer Shall have knowledge in different protection schemes (Line / Feeder , Transformer , Bus Coupler , Transfer Bus Coupler , Bus bar Protection) of various Bus configurations and its application Shall have experience in below type of relays: -

• GENERAL

Shall have minimum 2 - 5 years of experience Able to perform under critical schedules and deadlines with minimum supervision Highly motivated and has good working attitude Able to work in a TEAM is a must Good computer literacy and well versed in TEST KITS (OMICRON, DOBLE, MEGGER & PNONVA) / MS OFFICE / EMAILS Knowing la test IEC Standers for Substation Automation are an added advantage.

• over Current and Earth Fault Relays Micom,Siprotech,Abb,Easun Reyrolle.
• Transformer Differential Protection Relays.
• Line Protection / Differential Protection Relays.
• Bus bar Protection Relays 5. Check Synchronizing Relays.
• Under Voltage / Over Voltage Relays 7. Automatic Voltage Regulating System.
• Timer, Trip Circuit Supervision.etc.
